Que #1: What is the difference between Himalayan Snow Apple fruits and the fruits provided by local vendors near you? 

1. Our fruits are naturally ripened on trees.
2. HSA only has farm fresh fruits. Hence, you eat only seasonal fruits. (you follow natures foot steps)
3.  We harvest post you order and ship directly to individual families.
4. Its natural! e.g. HSA apples are not waxed and its skin is edible. 
5. More crunch and crispy

Que #2: What do you mean by '' It's naturally ripened"?

• We let the fruits naturally ripe on trees and pluck them when its fully ripened and then directly ship to you.
• This makes it highly nutritious and healthy. Unlike the ones which are plucked early and stored for months.

Que #3:What is your delivery timeline for Delhi/NCR?

• We deliver within 24 hours of harvest in Delhi/NCR.

Que #4:How do you decide on Harvest date?

• We estimate the date depending on the years of experience.
• Once the first harvest starts, it becomes more accurate to predict the next harvest date by when the fruits will ripe. 
• Meanwhile, we regularly check the quality developed on the trees by eating them. ( I love doing that quality check! )  

Que #5:Can the Harvest date change and impact my order delivery date?

• Yes, harvest date can change due to weather conditions here at the mountains or if the fruits need more time on trees.  
• We keep our customers informed.

Que #6:Can HSA provide apples through out the year ?

• We only deal in fresh plucked fruits and do not cold store them. Hence our fruits are only available during their harvest season.
• Fruits in general last for 3-4 weeks on the trees once they are ripe. 

Que #7:Does size of fruit matter?

• Size doesn't decide the nutrition of fruit The more you let fruits ripen on trees, the more healthy it is. When its naturally ripened, it has all the flavor and minerals in it. 

Que #8:Can I gift it to someone else?

• Our fruit boxes are have been the first choice of our customers during their special occasions. We have widely delivered fruit boxes during Diwali, home inauguration, birth of baby, Shurana events and even in schools to kids instead of chocolates. People prefer to gift healthy with Himalayan Snow Apple. 

 Que #9:Why is it expensive as compared to near by vendor?

• Yes, its a premium affair.
• Producing quality over quantity is a cost to the farmer.
• Logistics cost can't be zero. We are 600 km into the mountains from New Delhi. 
• Most of these orchards in Himalayas are far away from motorable roads. We have to manually carry them with care.
