Returns & Bad Fruit Policy

We are a small team based in Himalayas, majorly operated by villagers, farmers and sell farm produce, primarily fruits. As you are aware, fruits are perishable products and cannot be stored beyond a certain time limit, hence any return is bound to kill the quality of the product.

Hence, as a policy, we do not accept returns for all products. In case if you receive damaged, pressed, squeezed or crushed consignments, you may return the consignment, provided you give us a call or send us a message when such consignments reach you. Cancellation Policy

Once you place an order, our team harvests the fruits to process your orders. As you are aware that fruits once harvested, cannot be put back onto the trees, Hence, as a policy, orders once placed and paid for will not be cancelled. We may, at our sole discretion, consider postponement of your order, provided we get your update soon enough and operationally we are in a position to do so. We will not be able to refund money once the order is placed.

Replacement Policy for Bad Fruits

We are committed to giving you the best fruits and complete returns for your every rupee. We hope you understand that these are naturally grown fruits and no one can fathom nature. Please be assured that we do not pack bad fruits while we are shipping to you.

However, as you know that fruits are delicate and can get damaged with minute mishandling too. So incase if you receive damaged fruits, then please inform us within 6 hours of receipt on phone and share pictures with us at 7876707905 or email at himalayansnowapple@gmail.com.

Refunds Policy

In the event we are not able to provide you with a replacement, due to reasons like not enough production, harvest season over or no service, we will issue you refunds for the amount you have paid us.

And in case our shipping partner damages the fruits in transit, we can support your replacement or adjust the amount on pro rata basis in your next order. Please note the final amount will be at the sole discretion of Himalayan Snow Apple Team who will study the case along with you. The shipping amount will not be adjusted in such cases.
